UP Govt shifts holiday for Guru Teg Bahadur martyr day

Lucknow , Nov 23 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh government has cancelled public holiday on account for Guru Teg Bahadur martyr’s day tomorrow and shifted the same for December 16, government spokesperson said here tonight.
He said government has taken this decision following request of Sikh community.
“All the offices, educational institutions and banks will remain open on November 24. The offices will remain closed on December 16 instead,'' he said.
