UP bypolls: BJP candidate's photograph of allegedly distributing cash surfaces

Jaunpur, Oct 20 (UNI) As per a photograph circulating in media and among parties, the Bharatiya Janata Party candidate from Jaunpur’s Malhani constituency Assembly bypoll has been seen allegedly distributing money to woe voters.
As per the sources, the photograph was taken when the BJP candidate Manoj Singh was taking a door-to-door campaign in Parashurampur village of Ram Dayal Ganj area on Monday.In the photograph, Mr Singh can be seen holding cash in one hand and giving a five-hundred rupee note to a person.
If the allegations come true, the act is a severe violation of Model Code Conduct which is in place.
