UP: 50 people booked for indecent comments on Minister

Pratapgarh, Sep 8 (UNI) A case has been registered against 50 people for making indecent comments and threatening to kill Uttar Pradesh Cabinet Minister Rajendra Pratap Singh aka Moti at the Aspur Devsara police station here, police said on Tuesday.
Superintendent of Police (SP) Anurag Arya here told media persons that one Chandan Yadav and about 50 others who were gathered used inappropriate words and threatened to kill Pratapgarh MLA and Cabinet Minister Rajendra Pratap Singh aka Moti Singh.
Taking the matter into cognizance, Aspur Devsara police registered a case against 50 people under Sections 504, 506, 507, 188, 269 and 66 of the IT Act and 51 of the Disaster Management Act.
