Lucknow, Jun 1 (UNI) A semblance of normalcy was visible in the state capital and other parts of the state barring Ghaziabad and Gautam Buddh Nagar districts as the government offices and the markets opened after the unprecedented lockdown of 68 days imposed on March 25 to combat the Coronavirus pandemic.

The attendance in the government offices was normal but there were no visitors in most of the offices and in the state secretariat. There was confusion over the plying of the public transport like the auto and e-rickshaw. For the lack of passengers it’s estimated that hardly 30 percent of the public transport vehicles were on the road.
