Unemployment amongst ST youths will be addressed: Kerala Chief Secy

Kannur, Oct 19 (UNI) Kerala Chief Secretary Tom Jose on Saturday directed the department heads of Northern districts to take steps to address the unemployment issue amongst the educated Scheduled Tribe (ST).
He said so while addressing a review meeting here, which was attended by Director General of Police (DGP) Lok Nath Behra and District Collectors and department heads from Kannur, Waynad, Kozhikode, Malappuram and Palakkad districts.
Meeting discussed in length various development and welfare measures implemented in ST colonies.
