Udhampur admin asks people to make use of 'Jal Sanchayan' app

Jammu, Jul 28 (UNI) The district administration of Udhampur today called upon the people to make use of 'Jal Sanchayan' - a user-friendly mobile app for rainwater harvesting, launched by the Central Ground Water Board.
The user-friendly android Mobile application, available in both Hindi and English version, comprises all components of rainwater harvesting in a single platform.
''It allows users to know from location, conditions and interactive module enables user to calculate potential rainwater to be harvested in user's location,'' said the spokesman, adding that the app also provides schematic designs, benefits and operation and maintenance aspects.
