Uddhav Sena and Raj Thackeray's MNS to fight municipal polls together says Sanjay Raut

Mumbai, Oct 6 (UNI) Uddhav Thackeray led Shiv Sena MP and chief party spokesperson Sanjay Raut said here today that Uddhav and Raj Thackeray have reached an understanding to fight the municipal elections together.
"Raj Thackeray and Uddhav Thackeray have reached an understanding about Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) and Shiv Sena fighting together in the municipal elections of Mumbai, Thane, Kalyan Dombivali, Pune, and Nashik. Besides these, there are many such municipal corporations where Shiv Sena is present, but MNS is present in many areas. In some places the (Sharad Pawar-led) NCP is strong, while in other places the Congress is strong. All these factors are being taken into account," Sanjay Raut told media persons.
Replying to whether the Congress-led Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) would open its doors to include Raj Thackeray, Sanjay Raut said, "There is a Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) in Maharashtra, and (Uddhav-led) Shiv Sena is one of its main constituents. Therefore, we are considering if a new party (MNS) can be accommodated in the MVA. Let's keep a different calculation in mind for local self-government bodies. Also, I am not the only one who has the right to tell Raj Thackeray that the doors of the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) are open. There are three parties in the MVA. Leaders of other MVA parties have good relations with Raj Thackeray."
