Entertainment » OtherPosted at: Sep 18 2016 10:25PM Two stretches gets safety certification from CMRSHyderabad, Sep 18 (UNI) "Two stretches have got safety certification from the Commissioner of Metro Rail Safety (CMRS)", said Hyderabad Metro Rail Limited (HMRL), Managing Director Mr. NVS Reddy. Mr. Reddy, who made a detailed presentation on the progress of the project and performance of HMRL to the committee on Public Undertakings, (Telangana Legislature) here yesterday,said that 68 per cent of project was completed and that two sections - Nagole-Mettuguda (8 KM) of corridor-III and Miyapur-SR Nagar (12 KM0 of corridor-I got Safety Certification from CMRS), the HMRL said in a release here. Explaining the challenges and various hurdles faced by the project including about 200 court cases, permissions, issues pertaining to sensitive structures, and as to how they were tackled, he said that out of the total 72 Kms, foundations in 59 Kms, pillars in 56 kms and viaduct in 47 kms were completed so far.Please log in to get detailed story.Tags: #Two stretches gets safety certification from CMRS
