Two nabbed with pistol, cash at metro station

New Delhi, Dec12 (UNI) The Central Industrial Security Force(CISF) Tueday apprehended two youths carrying a country made pistol and cash at Adarsh Nagar metro station.
During baggage screening of a passenger at Station, the constable noticed the image of a pistol and cash inside a bag. The bag was physically checked in presence of the passenger and a country made pistol along-with cash amounting to Rs.40,408/- was recovered. The CISF nabbed the owner of the bag Bhupendra Kumar along with his accomplish Ghuri Sing who was also carrying Rs.1,19,490. The matter was reported to Delhi Metro Rail Police (DMRP), Kashmere Gate.
“On arrival of DMRP, Kashmere Gate, both the persons along-with the seized country made pistol (Desi Katta) and cash Rs.1,59,898/- were handed over to them for further legal action”, Hemendra Singh, Public Relation Officer of CISF said.
