The Ministers were Health Minister Malladi Krishna Rao and Social Welfare minister M Kandasamy. According to an official statement here today, while Mr.Malladi Krishna Rao was given irrigation and flood control in addition to the portfolios already held by him, Mr.Kandasamy was allocated Port, Science, Technology and Environment in addition to the portfolios he is holding. Mr. Rao will now hold the portfolios of Health and Family Welfare,Tourism and Civil Aviation, Fisheries,Housing,Sports and Youth Affairs,Art and Culture and Irrigation and Flood control while,Mr.Kandasamy will hold Social Welfare,Women and Child Development, Adi Dravidar Welfare,Cooperation,Civil supplies and Consumer Affairs, Labour and Employment,pollution control ,Port and Science,Technology and Environment portfolios.
