Two migrant workers from UP shot at in J&K’s Budgam

Srinagar, Nov 1 (UNI) In another targeted attack, two migrant workers were shot and injured by suspected militants in Jammu and Kashmir Budgam district on Friday evening, officials said.

They said the militants shot at the two non-locals from Uttar Pradesh in Magam area this evening. The two were wounded in the attack.

Shimla, Dec 1 (UNI) Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu on Sunday presided over the 37th World AIDS Day programme organised here under the theme “Take the Right Path.”
During the event, the Chief Minister launched the ‘Car Bin’ initiative to promote HIV awareness and cleanliness. In the first phase, 4,000 taxis would be equipped with these bins free of charge, with plans to cover all 30,000 taxis in the state in a phased manner.
