Two labourers electrocuted, as many injured in construction work

Darbhanga, Sep 21 (UNI) Two labourers were electrocuted and as many injured when they came in contact with high voltage live electric wire in Beladulla locality under Lalit Narain Mithila University police station in the district today.
Police said here that labourers were engaged in casting the roof of one Mukesh Sah`s house when the trolley of concrete mixer machine came in contact with high voltage electric wire leaving four labourers injured. Sources said that the injured were admitted to a local private hospital and Darbhanga Medical College and Hospital (DMCH) where two labourers died during treatment. The deceased were identified as Ajay Das (39) and Kamalesh Das (35).
Police said that the house owner Mukesh Sah absconded from the spot after the mishap. The bodies had been sent for autopsy.
