Two held in petrol pump loot at Karnal

Chandigarh, Aug 17 (UNI) Haryana Police has arrested two people involved in looting petrol pumps in Karnal district and seized a country-made pistol with live cartridge and two motorcycles from their possession.
While stating this here on Saturday, a police spokesman said that the arrested accused were identified as Prince, a resident of Beerbadalwa, and Vishal of village Gondar in Karnal.
While Prince was arrested from Taroari on August 15, another accused Vishal nabbed by Police team from Sector 12, Karnal on August 16. Both have fled after looting cash from the staff of petrol pumps located near Namaste Chowk and at Ghraunda in Karnal on July 27 and 28. However, their third aide Pawan is still at large. He will be arrested very soon, police said.
