Two fraudsters, accused of duping bank customers, arrested in Kolkata

Kolkata, Jan 17 (UNI) Two fraudsters, accused of cheating several bank customers especially the aged people, have been arrested and police seized many incriminating documents, including screening devises and cloned debit cards and laptops, police said today.
The anti-fraud squad of Kolkata Police following a tip-off laid a trap and arrested Muddasar Khan and Irfanudddin, both residents of Gaya in Bihar, from Sealdah station on Thursday night.
The duo was planning to board Darjeeling Mail, police added.
The duo, who had been staying in rented houses at Tiljala and Jadavpur, accused of duping many bank customers particularly those using ATM cards.
Police seized some 38 cloned ATM cards, screening devises and laptops from them.
They were today produced before the Bankshall Court and the government counsels sought further police remand for them.
