Two-day Block chain con will be held on Oct 9, 10

Visakhapatnam, Oct 6 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Special Chief Secretary and Information Technology Advisor
J.A Chowdhary said that the Fintech valley -TiE global summit, the 'Blockchain Business Conference' will be held here in the Smart city on October 9 and 10.

addressing the media here today, he said andhra pradesh chief Minister
N.Chandrababu Naidu will inaugurate the conference on October 9.where as the Chief Executive
Officers(CEOs) of various companies from all over the world take part in the conference.

He said the Fintech valley Visakhapatnam was the government of Andhra Pradesh's flagship
initiative that brings together industry, academic and investors to innovate, co-create and build the
Fintech ecosystem.

Choudhary said the TiE global summit was not for profit organization dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship aroundthe world. TiE strives to inspire entrepreneurs through mentoring, networking, education, incubating and
funding programs and activities.Nearly 2000 plus events held each year, TiE brings together the entrepreneurial community to learn from one and another, he added.

Prior to the conference, Tie global summit golf tournament will be held here on
Ocotber 8 .He said the global summit golf tournament was a per-cursor to India's biggest blockchain conference.'It is a great platform to bring the top CEos together to promote Vizag as a destination for the CEos and create opportunities for investments in the region.The networking session would help explore opportunities for Fintech valley Vizag and promote the blockchain business conference.


He said the tournament would start with a kick off by Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Eastern
naval command here Vice Admrial HCS Bisht.


Visakhapatnam district collector Praveen Kumar said this was the first time Visakhapatnam hosting
so many CEOs for a golf c tournament in the city. this would definitely showcase the
hidden potential of tourism in the region while creating job opportunities.


He said Fintech valley is expecting around 80 guests, 40 CEOs from companies all over
the world and 40 members of the est point golf club,The East Point Golf club course is the Visakhapatnam
premier gold club and was home to the only golf course with 18 holes in the newly divided state of andhra pradesh.
