Two arrested with drug in Tripura

Agartala, Dec 18 (UNI) Based on a secret information police seized a huge quantity of Yaba tablets (used as tranquilizer) from a house in Motinagar village under Sonamura, the western bordering town of Tripura last evening.
Two persons, including a Bangladeshi resident were arrested in connection with the case. Both were arrested inside a room where they had been picketing the tablets, however, the kingpins involved in drug business are on run.
According to police, during the raid 39900 pieces Yaba tablets worth of Rs 4 Cr were seized and one Imam Hussain (19) of Kulubari under Sonamura and Amjad Hussain (19) of Gabtali under Comilla district in Bangladesh, were arrested.
