Two arrested under NDPS Act in Kangra district

Dharamshala, Sep 23 (UNI) Kangra police has arrested two persons in the district under different sections of NDPS Act and recovered heroin and charas from their possession at two different places in the district, police said here on Wednesday.
Vimukut Ranjan, Superintendent of Police, Kangra told UNI that Kuldeep Kumar a resident of Channi, Tehsil Indora was nabbed by the police in Sanghed Khad area falling under Dhamtal police station in the district and recovered 7 grams of heroin from his possession. SP said that the accused person was arrested under
section 20-61-85 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances ( NDPS) Act and investigation was in progress.
