Twinkle Khanna unleashes her new book 'Mrs Funnybones Returns'

New Delhi, Dec 4 (UNI) Author and former Bollywood actor Twinkle Khanna has launched her latest book, Mrs Funnybones Returns, making an engaging comeback to the sharp, irreverent voice that made her 2015 bestseller Mrs Funnybones a cultural favourite.
Khanna's book signals a renewed foray into the inclusive humour and wry social observation that defined her earlier writing.
The event was graced by eminent women from the world of entertainment, arts, business, and media. Prominent guests included legendary actress and cultural icon Sharmila Tagore, renowned Bharatanatyam dancer and founder of Natya Vriksha, Geeta Chandran, and finance expert Monica Halan. Distinguished personalities such as Pallavi Shroff, Laila Tyabji, and Meera Kulkarni also graced the event.
In her conversation at the event, Twinkle spoke about the subtle yet powerful ways women support one another. She said, “We are always cheering for each other, we are all here. And every woman that I've seen climbing up the ladder, the man will stand on the side and clap for her but it's the other women who are holding the ladder steady for her. It's her sisters and her mothers and her helpers holding tight so she can climb high.” UNI NST SSP
