Twinkle Khanna marks 30 years of ‘Barsaat’ with a nostalgic post

New Delhi, Oct 7 (UNI) Twinkle Khanna marked the 30th anniversary of her debut film Barsaat with a nostalgic Instagram post, celebrating the movie that introduced her to the world of cinema.
Sharing a throwback photo with co-star Bobby Deol, Twinkle expressed her disbelief at how quickly time has passed.
“Hard to believe that it's been thirty years and we are still here doing our thing. iambobbydeol just sent me this picture from our Barsaat days. I suppose disappearing gracefully was never our style 30YearsOfBarsaat,” she wrote.
Her post received warm reactions from fans and colleagues, with Bobby himself dropping heart emojis in the comments.
Directed by Rajkumar Santoshi and released in 1995, Barsaat marked the acting debuts of both Bobby Deol and Twinkle Khanna.
While Bobby continues to enjoy success with recent hits like Animal, Twinkle transitioned from acting to writing, earning acclaim as the author of Mrs Funnybones, The Legend of Lakshmi Prasad, and Pyjamas Are Forgiving.
Daughter of Bollywood legends Rajesh Khanna and Dimple Kapadia, Twinkle has since carved her own creative path and currently co-hosts the Prime Video talk show Two Much with Kajol and Twinkle.
