New Delhi, Jan 14 (UNI) Tulsi Kumar, who has consistently wowed and surprised her fans and listeners by rendering songs in different genres of music, has released a new song titled 'Ta Chuma'.
The song which is a Ghadwali folk song has been sung by Kumar along with Jubin Nautiyal.
Originally penned by Narendra Singh Negi, the song has been composed by Aditya Dev and rewritten by Kunal Verma.
It forms a part of the music series by T-Series called 'Electro-Folk' with the song featuring in the second episode of this series.
"I feel extremely proud to be a part of this series. Folk music takes us back to the roots of our culture. With 'Ta Chuma', which is a Ghadwali folk song I feel that there will be a strong connect which people will experience and they will feel closer to folk music. I feel this is a great platform to showcase Folk music and bring it back to a larger audience,' Tulsi said.
Tulsi, who is known for her rendition of chartbuster songs such as ‘Soch Na Sake’, ‘Tum Jo Aaye’, ‘Paniyon Sa’, ‘Tere Jaisa’ and many more in her decade-long singing career also marks her collaboration with singer Jubin Nautiyal for the first time with her new song ‘Ta Chuma’.
