TS Govt spent Rs 6,141 cr for double-bedroom houses in the state

Hyderabad, Jul 16 (UNI) Telangana Government has spent Rs 6,141 crore for the construction of 1, 23, 314 double bedroom houses in the state so far, an official statement here said on Tuesday
According to the statement, the state government has constructed a record number of 2, 80,616 double bedroom houses by spending Rs 18,520 crore. Of them, tenders were called for 2, 38,926 and tenders finalised for 1, 99, 835 houses.
Of the total 1, 79,078 houses, 1,23,314 houses construction was completed by spending Rs 6,141 crore,the release added.
