Trupti Desai faces strong protest, decides to return to Pune

Sabarimala, Nov 16 (UNI) Bhumatha Brigade founder and activist Trupti Desai, who faced strong protest from Ayyappa devotees at the Cochin Airport, on Friday decided to return to Pune in a flight at 2130 hrs.
Though she declared she will visit Lord Ayyappa temple during the ongoing pilgrimage season, the she dropped her plan following strong protest from agitating devotees in the airport.
Even after 1100 hrs of her arrival at the airport, she could not proceed to Sabarimala as police also informed her that the protection could be given from Pampa citing chances of the failure of law and order in the State.
