Trump signs national emergency for border wall

Washington, Feb 15 (UNI) US President Donald Trump has signed a national emergency declaration to fund the construction of a wall on the US border with Mexico, White House spokeswoman said in a statement on Friday.
"President Donald Trump signs the Declaration for a National Emergency to address the national security and humanitarian crisis at the Southern Border," Spokeswomen Sarah Huckabee Sanders Tweeted.
Shortly before signing the declaration, Trump told reporters at the White House he would sign the national emergency.
