Truck from Punjab damaged in accidental fire in Srinagar

Srinagar, Oct 22 (UNI) A parked truck from Fazilkah Punjab was damaged in an accidental fire in summer capital, Srinagar, a police spokesperson said here this afternoon.
He said a truck bearing registration number RJ13GA/5296 caught fire due to the gas leak, when driver Gurjeet Singh, a resident of Fazilkah, Punjab, was cooking food in the cabin.
The truck, parked at Guru Bazar in the city, was damaged. No one was injured. However, police have registered a case, he said.
