Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Sadar Samit Roy Chowdhury said that the officials have already confiscated Rose Valley Park at Amtali, the seven-storied building of Rose Valley in the city, a tea estate spread raised over 200 acre of land, nine flats in Rose Valley housing complex, a large number of LIC policies in the name of Rose Valley executive and a big plot of land. Though, over 100 workers of Rose Valley Park staged protest and gheraoed the officials at the time of attachment, the administration did not bother it and warned for action against any move to prevent officials in duty.
