Agartala, Dec 15 (UNI) Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb charged the Congress and its chief Rahul Gandhi with hatching conspiracy against Modi government by propagating Rafale deal scam at the cost of the country’s security for which they need to seek apology before the countrymen.
Talking to media, Deb, also president of BJP Tripura state committee, stated that the three-member bench of apex court headed by Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi in their judgment on Rafale deal case made it clear that there was no scam or favourism to anybody rather it was done for ensuring better security of the country.
“Rahul Gandhi and his party took extra interest in third party’s petition in the Supreme Court on Rafale deal, which is obviously suspicious. They might have been doing it to help enemies of India at the cost of our security. It appears Rahul and his team wanted to stop procurement of defense equipment to some others that also needs to be investigated,” Deb alleged.
