Trespasser held at Air Force Station Hindon

Ghaziabad,Nov 14(UNI) A man attempting to trespass the Hindon Air Force Station at Uttar Pradesh's Ghaziabad was shot and injured by the security forces on Tuesday night.
Confirming the incident, SSP Ghaziabad Akash Tomar said, "A person tried to sneak into the Hindon Air Force Station by cutting the barbed wire on the wall,while being spotted by the patrolling security personnel, the suspect tried to escape, following which he was shot and injured by the security personnel.''
The trespasser has identified himself as Sujit in front of the Air Force officials, who belongs to Pratapgarh in UP.
He will be handed over to the local police after being questioned by the Air Force.
Sujit has sustained bullet injury on his leg,and was taken to the hospital for treatment.
The local police soon reached the spot after receiving the information.
The Air Force Station falls under Sahibabad Police Station's area of jurisdiction.
