TPCC chief slams arrest of Kharge, Rahul, Priyanka; calls it ‘illegal and undemocratic’

Hyderabad, Aug 11 (UNI) Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) President Mahesh Kumar Goud today strongly condemned the arrest of AICC President Mallikarjun Kharge, Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi, Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi, and other INDIA bloc MPs in Delhi.
In a statement here, Goud alleged that the arrests were carried out by the Modi government after the leaders launched a nationwide movement exposing evidence of vote theft.
He said the MPs were on their way to peacefully submit a memorandum to the Election Commission when they were detained.
