New Delhi, Sep 23 (UNI) Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Tomar on Wednesday joined the office taking over the additional charge as the new Food Processing Industries Minister and joined the ministry's main office.
Tomar reached the Ministry office at Panchsheel Bhavan on Wednesday where he was received by Minister of State for Food Processing Industries Rameshwar Teli and Secretary of the Ministry Pushpa Subrahmanyam.
Tomar said that the food processing industry is on the path of progress and development, and the ministry contributing towards not only increasing farmer's profit and making the food products available to the consumers, but, also providing employment to the youth of the country.
