Thunderstorm with lightning and strong winds likely in AP in next 24 hrs: Met

Amaravati, March 27 (UNI) The Meteorological Centre has predicted that thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and strong winds (with a speed of 30-40 kmph) are likely to occur at one or two places in North Coastal Andhra Pradesh & Yanam, South Coastal Andhra Pradesh, and Rayalaseema during the next 24 hours.
In a daily weather report here on Monday, it is mentioned that thunderstorms accompanied by lightning are likely to occur at isolated places in North Coastal Andhra Pradesh on March 28, 29, and 31, and in South Coastal Andhra Pradesh on March 31.
Thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and strong winds (with a speed of 30-40 kmph) are likely to occur at one or two places in Rayalaseema on March 31, the report said.
