Thunderstorm, lightning predicted in parts of NE

Pune, Feb 24 (UNI) Thunderstorm with lightning very likely at isolated places over Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Meghalaya during next 24 hours.
Night temperatures were markedly above normal (5.1°C or more) at a few places over west Rajasthan; appreciably above normal (3.1°C to 5.0°C) at many places over Jammu-Kashmir and Ladakh, Gilgit-Baltistan, Muzaffarabad, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Bihar, Saurashtra and Kutch; at a few places over Himachal Pradesh, Sub Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, Konkan and Goa; at isolated places over Madhya Maharashtra; above normal (1.6°C to 3.0°C) at many places over coastal Karnataka; at a few places over Arunachal Pradesh, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, east Rajasthan, west Madhya Pradesh, Kerala, Mahe, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura; at isolated places over Assam, Meghalaya, Gangetic West Bengal, Marathwada, north interior Karnataka, south interior Karnataka, Andaman, Nicobar Islands, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Karaikal.
They were below normal (-1.6°C to -3.0°C) at many places over Telangana; at a few places over Odisha, Rayalaseema, coastal Andhra Pradesh, Yanam and Vidarbha; at isolated places over east Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat Region and near normal over rest parts of the country.
