They were markedly below normal in some parts of Assam and Meghalaya and of Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, appreciably to markedly below normal in some parts of Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim and were below normal in remaining part of Bihar.They were normal over the rest of the country.
