Three of family die in road accident in Banda

Banda, Nov 12 (UNI) Three members of a family died on the spot while one another received severe injuries when their motorbike was rammed by heavy vehicle in Palauni area here on Tuesday.

According to police, Durga Prasad (43), his sons Jeetu (15) and Ram Bahori (13) and other family member Panchu (16) were returning home from village fair when a harvester (Large agricultural vehicle) rammed their motorbike near Kaleshwar temple at Kaknare turn.

Durga Prasad, Jeetu and Panchu died on the spot in the accident while Ram Bahori was severely injured. Injured was rushed to a nearby hospital where his condition was stated to be critical.

Meanwhile , the accused driver managed to escape from the spot after the accident. Police have launched a manhunt to nab the accused driver.
