Three examinees killed, seven others injured in road mishap

Rajgir, Dec 14 (UNI) Three examinees were killed and seven injured when a truck hit a motorcycle and an auto rickshaw near Ram Bhawan under Ekangarsarai police station in Nalanda district today.
Police said here that the truck which was travelling at a high speed hit the bike and the auto rickshaw after its driver lost control over the vehicle. Three motorcycle-borne youths were killed on the spot. Sources said that six occupants of the auto rickshaw were also injured in the mishap.
Police said that the truck driver made good his escape from the spot on his vehicle. The deceased were identified as Sonu alias Alok Kumar and Sujit Kumar, natives of Dharmpur village under Telhara police station area in the district and Pankaj Kumar, a native of Fatehpur village under Karpi police station area. The youths were going to appear in the part-three examination of their graduation when their end came. The injured had been admitted to a local primary health centre.
