Three drown in well

Guntur, Apr 29 (UNI) Three boys, including two siblings were drowned in an agriculture well at Muppalla village of Eepuru mandal in Guntur district today.
Police said that the deceased Tadavalli Sai Kumar (14), Tadavalli Mohan Krishna (12) and Duddineni Leela Prasad (9) had gone missing since morning. Their parents searched for them and found their slippers and clothes at an agriculture well.
On suspicion, the water in the well was drawn by using motors. The bodies of boys were found in the well. Sai Kumar and Mohan Krishna were brothers while another deceased Leela Prasad was their close relative.

Kozhikode, June 7 (UNI) The Kozhikode district administration (Election Wing) on Wednesday organized as a first phase mock poll for the Wayanad Lok Sabha constituency at the Collectorate compound, to check the working condition of Electronic Voting Machines (EVM's) and VVPAT machines ahead of the LS by-election.
Though the Election Commission has not issued any notification related to Wayanad LS by-election, so far, it is necessary following the disqualification of AICC leader Rahul Gandhi, on the charges of criminal defamation case over his Modi surname remarks in 2019 in Karnataka, filed before the Surat court in Gujarat .
