Three-day Indian Dairy Festival in Kolhapur from Jan 20

Kolhapur, Dec 1 (UNI) Three-day-long Indian Dairy Festival, organised in cooperation with Indian Dairy Association and National Dairy Development, will be held here at Shaupuri Gymkhana ground from January 20 to 22, 2023.
The aim of organising this festival is to have maximum use of modern technology in production, collection and processing of more quality milk on the strength of the existing infrastructure in the livestock and dairy sector with a view to make dairy industry more profitable and bring in new white revolution, Chetan Narke, director of Kolhapur District Milk Producers' Association popularly known as 'Gokul', told reporters on Thursday.
He further said that cooperative and private milk federations in the country, as well as their associates, will participate in this festival.
