Three committees constituted for monitoring works relating to Kalpana Chawla university

Chandigarh, Jun 4 (UNI) The Haryana government has constituted three committees for early operationalisation and monitoring of various works relating to the Kalpana Chawla University of Health Sciences ( KCUHS)to be established at village Kutail in Karnal district.
Medical Education and Research department spokespersons said here today that the committees included Concept Plan Approval Committee, Committee for Evaluation of Detailed Project Report and Monitoring Committee.
He said the Concept Plan Approval Committee would be headed by Additional Chief Secretary, Medical Education and Research. The other members of the committee included Director, Medical Education and Research, Director, Kalpana Chawla Government Medical College, Karnal, Director, Bhagat Phool Singh Government Medical College for Women, Khanpur Kalan, Sonepat, Chief Engineer, Public Health Engineering Department, Chief Engineer, Public Works (Building and Roads) Department, Chief Engineer, Electrical from Uttar Haryana Member Bijli Vitran Nigam Limited, Chief Architect/Architect Haryana, and any other professional or expert nominated by Additional Chief Secretary, Medical Education and Research. Senior Accounts Officer, Kalpana Chawla Government Medical College, Karnal, would serve as member secretary.
