Three arrested for gold loot in Meerut

Lucknow, Feb 23 (UNI) Three members of a gang involved in looting gold from a private gold loan company in Meerut have been arrested by the Special Task Force (STF) of Uttar Pradesh police.
STF sources said that the accused had looted gold from the Manappuram Gold Loan company in Lalkurti police station area of Meerut on February 21.
The bag in which the miscreants took the gold, had a GPS tracker, fitted into it. Police traced the location of the miscreants at Haridwar, but when it reached the spot, the miscreants fled from there.
