Those responsible for killing of civilians will not be spared: LG Sinha

Srinagar, Oct 17 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Sunday asserted that those responsible for the recent killings of civilians would not be spared.
"We'll hunt down terrorists, their sympathizers and avenge every drop of innocent civilian’s blood," he said.
“I pay my heartfelt tributes to the martyred civilians and condolences to the bereaved families. We'll hunt down terrorists, their sympathizers and avenge every drop of innocent civilian’s blood”, said the Lt Governor during the 7th episode of the monthly “Awaam ki Awaaz” programme.

Bhopal, Dec 4 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Saturday announced implementation of the Panchayat (Extension to the Scheduled Areas) Act in the state, it was officially learnt.
“The objective is to empower gram sabhas. Forest dwellers will be provided title deeds and another campaign launched in this context. Minor cases against tribal folk shall be withdrawn. Adivasis not having pucca dwellings will be given leases under the Mukhya Mantri Awasiya Bhu-adhikar Yojana. A lakh backlog posts shall be filled by employing tribal youth. Centres for counselling such students will be set up in Jabalpur, Bhopal and Indore,” he said during his address at the Nehru Stadium in the state’s commercial capital Indore.

Annual stamp duty rates preparation underway for upcoming year in Kashmir Division

Srinagar, Dec 4 (UNI) Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Pandurang K Pole on Saturday emphasized to the Deputy Commissioners of Kashmir Division to continue the existing stamp duty rate on land and make no change to the current rate, an official spokesman said

He was chairing a preparation meeting for revision of market value guidelines and rules and revision of rates for upcoming calendar year 2022.
