Third FIR against BJP MLA Hans Raj under POCSO Act

Chamba Nov 8 (UNI) A third FIR has been registered against BJP MLA Hans Raj from Churah in Chamba district. Filed on Friday evening under the POCSO Act, the complaint alleges that the MLA physically abused the victim when she was a minor. Her statement has been recorded in court, and a medical examination has been conducted.
According to DSP Hitesh Lakhanpal, a case has been registered based on the victim’s complaint and the police are investigating all aspects.
The victim’s father had filed another FIR against Hans Raj, his personal secretary Lekh Raj, and another individual, Muniyan Khan on Thursday, alleging that the MLA’s aides kidnapped him and his daughter, took them to Shimla, and threatened them to alter the girl’s earlier statement.
