New Delhi, Oct 19 (UNI) Amid growing clamour for cancelling the upcoming match between India and Pakistant at the ICC T20 World Cup, senior Congress leader Harish Rawat on Tuesday categorically said Centre should not maintain any kind of relations with neigbouring Pakistan 'till it stop supporting terrorism'.
"Whether the BCCI (Board of Control for Cricket in India) says, or the Government talks about improving relations with Pakistan. On one side the bodies of our brave soldiers are coming to our villages and on the other side for our entertainment we will play a T20 match with Pakistan. This is a clear contradiction. What kind of sportsmanship it is," the former Uttarakhand Chief Minister said in a series of tweets in Hindi.
Rawat further said, "Government should not maintain any kind kind of relations, whether sports and cultural, till Pakistan does not stop supporting terrorism."
