The thoughts of Bhagwan Birsa Munda have been left behind: AJSU supremo

Ranchi, Nov 15 (UNI) AJSU party supremo and former deputy chief minister Sudesh Kumar Mahto today said with the passing years the thoughts of Dharti Aba Bhagwan Birsa Munda and the people of Jharkhand have been left behind.
After offering tributes at the ‘samadhi’ of Bhagwan Birsa Munda at Kokar here, he said that one often thinks whether the goals for which Birsa Munda had staged the ‘ulgulan’ have been realised.
He said that it is true that it has been 18 years since the state was formed on the basis of geography, administration, language and culture. He said that there was a need to have a big debate over what were the goals behind establishing a separate state of Jharkhand.
