Thane civic body forms committee to trace missing elderly corona patient from hospital

Thane, Jul 7 (UNI) After a big hue and cry by the opposition BJP and the citizens pressure group Thane Matadata Jagran Abhiyan over sudden disappearance of a 72-year-old corona patient from the new hospital, the civic administration has constituted a committee to probe into the entire episode, a senior official of the TMC said here on Tuesday.

The committee will comprise the special officer Ranjit Kumar-IAS, medical officer Dr Aniruddha Malgaonkar and chief auditor of the TMC, he informed.
