Ten books of Vice Chairman of RS Harivansh released

Patna, Dec 14 (UNI) Ten books written by Rajya Sabha Vice Chairman Harivansh Narayan Singh were released on Sunday late evening in presence of eminent scholars bureaucrats and other distinguished personalities.
A function was organised at ongoing Patna book fair to mark the occasion of release of ten books written by Harivansh Narayan Singh, also an eminent journalist. Books released included Bihar Sapna aur Sach, Jharkhand : Sampann Dharti Udaas Basant, Jharkhand Chunautiyan
Bhi Awsar Bhi, Rastriya Charitra Ka Aiyana, Bhavishya Ka Bharat, Patan Ki Hor, Sarokar aur Sanvad, Atit ke Panne, Urja ke Utsa and Samar ke Shesh. Books were released by noted Historian Imtiaz Ahmed, former DGP D N Gautam, former Chief Secretary of Bihar and Jharkhand

Manipur CM distributes aid to disabled persons

Imphal, Jan 25 (UNI) Manipur Chief Minister N. Biren Singh distributed advanced prosthetic devices including State-of-the-Art Myoelectric Hands and Motorized Wheelchairs, to persons with Disabilities (PwDs) at the Secretariat on Saturday.
The Chief Minister stated that after the formation of the BJP-led government in 2017, the government has been launching various schemes to aid the marginal section of society and to assist persons with disability. He spoke on schemes including Chief Minister-gi Hakselgi Tengbang (CMHT), Chief Minister-gi Sotharabasingi Tengbang and School Fagathansi Mission among others.
