Telengana minister thanks AIF for donating 100 ventilators to the state

Hyderabad, Apr 8 (UNI) Haryana-based American India Foundation (AIF) on Wednesday announced that it is donating the critical equipment to tackle the covid-19 pandemic in Telangana as a policy of corporate social responsibility.
In a letter addressed to the Foundation, State Minister for Health Eatala Rajender on Wednesday said there is a projected increase in the requirement of the ventilators in the state due to spread of the COVID-19 pandemic and he thanked the foundation for their commitment to donate around 100 ventilators (Shiller/GE/Agva or any other established brand of ventilators) to the state.
The donation will go a long way in boosting the heath care infrastructure and help tackle the coronavirus outbreak in the state specially in Hyderabad and Rangareddy, the Minister added.
