Hyderabad, Aug 10 (UNI) Telangana reported 1,256 Coronavirus positive cases taking the total number of cases to 80,751 till 2000 hours on Sunday night.
With 10 more COVID-19 deaths reported during the past 24 hours, the toll mounted to 637 till date, according to a bulletin issued by the state health department on Monday.
The number of patients recovered during the last 24 hours was 1,587 taking the overall recoveries to 57,586.
The total number of COVID-19 tests conducted in the state stood at 6,24,840.
According to the bulletin,the recovery rate in the state was 71.31 per cent,while the country-wide recovery rate was 68.78 per cent.
About 11,609 tests were conducted yesterday while the results of 1,700 swab samples of persons were awaited.
There were 22,528 active cases in the state now.
The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) limits, as usual, recorded the maximum number of 389 cases till last night followed by Ranga Reddy district (86), and Sangareddy district (74).
