Telangana records 7 new +ve cases only, state’s tally rise to 990

Hyderabad, Apr 24 (UNI) Telangana on Saturday registered 7 new coronavirus cases only , the first low numbers of covid-19 cases reported since the first case was reported on March 2 in the state.
The Covid-19 tally has increased to 990 including 658 active patients undergoing treatment in the hospitals, 307 were discharged after curing and 25 people have died so far, State Director of Public Health Department said in its bulletin here.
Among the 7 new cases, Grater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) along contributed 6 followed by Warangal Urban (1)and 16 people, who had recovered from the disease have been discharged today.
