Telangana Govt prioritises journalists' welfare, announces accreditation policy soon

Hyderabad, Oct 15 (UNI) The Telangana government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, is taking steps to strengthen the welfare of journalists, said State Revenue, Housing, and Information & Public Relations Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy.
He emphasised that rules and regulations are being formulated to ensure that government welfare programs reach all eligible journalists.
On Wednesday, at the Dr B R Ambedkar Secretariat, the Minister held discussions with Media Academy Chairman K Srinivasa Reddy, Information and Public Relations Commissioner CH Priyanka, and CPRO Malsur on the upcoming journalist accreditation policy.
