Telangana Dharnai portal is a great relief to people: Hosing.com Group COO

Hyderabad, Oct 29 (UNI) Inauguration of land web portal ‘Dharani’ by the Telangana government on Thursday, will come as a relief to people who get bogged down by cumbersome procedures, said Mani Rangarajan, Group COO, Housing.com, Makaan.com and PropTiger.com.
“A brainchild of Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao, this portal will help in a speedy online transaction with on-spot registration, mutation, and handover of records on the same day, Rangarajan said in a statement while commenting on the portal.
The real estate will flourish as the time taken to complete the deals will come down considerably, he said.
With everything being online, transparency in land records will lead to the development of a clean corruption free real estate environment in the state.
The portal will also help the people know the basic valuation of property directly without the intervention of others, he added.
