Hyderabad, Feb 6 (UNI) Bharatiya Janata Party Telangana unit president Bandi Sanjay Kumar, MP on Monday described the state annual budget for 2023-24 presented by finance minister T Harish Rao as election-oriented with empty promises and hollow rhetoric.

In a statement, Sanjay said the finance minister had confined himself to self-boasting and centre-bashing. It ignored all sections of people, including SCs, STs, BCs and EBCs. “It was a big disappointment for the people who were expecting that the K Chandrasekhar Rao government would implement his pre-election promises at least during the election year,” he said.
